I’m an award-winning director and writer with over two decades of creating globally recognized documentaries that blend powerful storytelling with cinematic visuals.

My films have reached over 160 million viewers in 60+ countries and have been honored with prestigious awards, including the Italian Golden Globe for Best Documentary.

My work has also seen major box office success—Caravaggio: L’anima e il sangue earned over €2 million in theatrical distribution—while others have broken audience records and become landmark viewer successes.

I’ve partnered with leading global platforms including Amazon Prime, BBC, ARTE, ZDF, History Channel, National Geographic, Sky, and CBS, consistently delivering stories that resonate across borders and cultures.

For me, directing isn't just my profession, it's my passion.

I believe each story deserves its
own unique visual language.

Over the last 20 years

I have directed high-end documentaries and
factual-dramas for cinema and television,
as well as a wide range of successful primetime series and shows across different
genres: From Biopics to Investigative films about the Vatican. From Sports documentary to art films.

What do I really do? I turn ideas into powerful, emotionally driven stories that connect with audiences around the world.

Born and raised in Mexico, I was named by Forbes as one of the world's most creative

Mexican artists.

While I've retained my Mexican accent, I speak Italian, English, and Spanish fluently, and

can communicate in French and Portuguese. This linguistic versatility, combined with my

multicultural perspective, allows me to connect authentically with subjects and audiences

worldwide.

Today, I live near the Vatican in Rome, a city that serves as my perfect launchpad—allowing

me to reach filming locations across the globe within hours.
